How to Rent With Fallkill

We take your search for a new home seriously. While we offer you the convenience of downloading and filling out your application online, our office staff is here to provide you with the individual assistance you need. We want to help you find the space that suits you best. Call us old-fashioned, but we still prefer a handshake and a face-to-face introduction. Please contact us to check availability on our apartments and so we can meet each other in person.

To get started, download and print the application below. When it’s complete, mail it or bring it in to our office. Once we receive your application, we’ll review it, complete an employment check, and then schedule an appointment to show you what we have available. We recommend starting your search two-three months in advance of your move-in date.

Paying Your Rent

At Fallkill Properties you can pay your rent two ways. Check and cash are always accepted in person at our office at 12 Raymond Ave. Or, for your convenience, you can pay online through COZY. If you’re interested in using COZY, let us know and we will send you a link to begin the application process. With this link you will attach a bank account or debit card and create your Renter Profile.

Information for Pet Owners

We love pets and yours are welcome in any of our apartments. While we no longer accept an additional pet security deposit, pet owners will pay a higher monthly rent. Please call our office 845-471-8433 to learn more.
